Unlike the previous Top Skater game, this one is realistic about skating injuries, as shown in the screenshots.

Unfortunately, everything has gotten worse since the previous game. The controls are less responsive, again, nothing works except for one move (and the player gets stuck doing it), and the player easily breaks apart. Like with the last game, when you go off of a ramp, you aren't actually in the air... you're just moved further up the board. The music is painful! Don't play this
